TAHA TINANA

Taha tinana represents the physical body; as we age physical health and wellbeing becomes increasingly important. There are times when this is out of our control but there are things we can do to maximise the potential of our tinana. With a focus on taha tinana, you can think about managing lifelong illnesses, getting timely treatment for sudden illnesses, think
about nutrition, mobility and activity. Nourishing your tinana means access to
clean, non-processed foods, clean drinking water, balancing activity with rest
and engaging with Māori or non-Māori health and medical experts.
